The 61st International Student Conference (ISC 61)

The 61st International Student Conference (ISC 61). ISC has been held every summer in Japan since 1954, is a program to discuss international issues for nearly two weeks with students from all over the world in Japan. This year it will be held from August 20th to September 1st. We have some other activities besides the conference such as Japanese cultural experience, One day tour in Tokyo, and so on. The fee for foreign students is 250$ including meal, accommodation, transportation cost during ISC61.ISC 61 would like students in the United States to get interested in ISC, and we hope ISC would be a good opportunity for them to visit Japan....

J-Quiz 2015

On Saturday, February 14, 2015, high school students from all over Minnesota and Wisconsin will gather together to put their knowledge of Japanese Language and Culture to the test! Teams of students from each school will compete in 3 levels of difficulty. Students will first write an essay, then participate in a preliminary round of questions regarding Japanese Language and Culture. The winners are sent to Washington D.C. to compete in the national Japan Bowl and attend the Sakura Festival.
